HSE Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental programs for our construction projects in Riyadh. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering a strong safety culture across all site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement site‑specific HSE programs in line with Saudi regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training sessions and ensure all personnel are aware of HSE policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor safety performance metrics, analyse trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead investigations of incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and propose preventive measures.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HSE functions on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
