About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR Director in delivering seamless HR services for a luxury health resort. This on‑site position ensures smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance within a high‑end hospitality and healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and reference checks.
- Manage onboarding processes to integrate new hires efficiently.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries on policies, procedures and workplace issues.
- Support performance management by scheduling reviews, gathering feedback and maintaining records.
- Organise training sessions and help identify development needs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation such as contracts and confidentiality agreements.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Saudi labour law.
- Assist payroll and benefits administration, including data submission and employee communication.
- Help plan employee engagement events and community‑building activities.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analyse data for trends and improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or healthcare.
- Professional HR certification (CIPD or SHRM) is a plus.
