Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator supports a positive employee experience and ensures efficient delivery of HR services across Saudi Arabia. Working within the Hatch-Ma'aden Partnership, the role handles the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR system data.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR correspondence.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and system transactions.
• Generate HR reports, workforce data, and personnel metrics as required.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee HR administrative requests.
• Coordinate employee documentation requests, verification letters, and certificates.
• Assist with employee engagement, communications, and HR initiatives.
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and local legal requirements.
