Human Resources Director – Riyadh

About the role

The Human Resources Director will lead all HR activities for a transportation and field‑operations company based in Riyadh’s Second Industrial City. The role is responsible for aligning workforce planning, recruitment, development and compliance with the organization’s strategic objectives and Saudi labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies specific to transportation and field‑operations.
• Oversee local and international recruitment and workforce planning across multiple branches and sites.
• Create and maintain HR policies in line with Saudi Labour Law, preventing violations such as expired residency permits or undocumented contracts.
• Manage performance evaluations, employee motivation programs and succession planning.
• Lead training and development initiatives for operational roles, including drivers and field supervisors.
• Ensure accurate administration of residency (Iqama), social insurance (GOSI) and payroll.
• Support healthy employee relations and resolve labour disputes.
• Collaborate with operational departments to assess and meet HR needs at all locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Qiwa platform and GOSI regulations.
• Previous experience in an operational or logistics environment is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
