Learning & Development Officer (Saudi National Only)

About the role

ABYAT is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to support the delivery of learning initiatives across its Saudi operations. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations.
• Facilitate instructor‑led sessions and workshops using engaging methods.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching to reinforce learning and improve performance.
• Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, and communication.
• Identify capability gaps through assessments, feedback, and performance data.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage digital learning content on the LMS, track completion, and generate performance reports.
• Support competency frameworks, career pathing, and succession planning initiatives.

Required profile

• Saudi national.

Required skills

• LMS (Learning Management System) administration.
