Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard. You will shape people strategies, nurture a positive workplace culture, and ensure HR operations support the hotel’s performance in line with IHG standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives and IHG brand standards.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, colleague engagement, performance management and talent development.
• Partner with department heads on workforce and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, IHG policies and government regulations.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance handling and policy implementation.
• Coordinate payroll, maintain colleague records, contracts and HR administration.
• Drive engagement, recognition, learning and well‑being initiatives.
• Support HR budgeting, manpower planning and cost control.
• Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports and advise business decisions.
• Build relationships with government authorities, external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Promote diversity, inclusion and IHG values across all departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi or equivalent) preferred.
• 8–10 years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem).
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and related government platforms.
