Human Resources Manager (Pre-Opening)

About the role

Join Hilton’s pre‑opening team as a Human Resources Manager and help create an exceptional workplace that reflects the brand’s hospitality values. You will lead HR operations, foster employee engagement, and ensure compliance while supporting the launch of a new hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety and performance management.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, special events and other activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage HR systems and compliance, including team member data, employment transitions, reporting and unemployment claim processing.
• Recruit, train, coach, supervise and mentor the HR team, conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Strong integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced pre‑opening environment and drive results.
