Human Resources Operations Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Operations Manager will lead the full spectrum of HR activities, aligning talent strategies with business objectives and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations. This senior position reports to senior leadership and oversees a dedicated HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage recruitment, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition to attract high‑quality, stable candidates.
• Drive performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Manage compensation and benefits structures, including benchmarking.
• Support leadership in organizational restructuring and workforce planning.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Demonstrated career stability with long‑term tenure.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent required.
• Relevant certifications such as CIPD, SHRM‑CP/SCP, or AIHR highly preferred.
