Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist with hands‑on experience in SAP HCM to join our HR team. The role focuses on maintaining employee data, supporting recruitment processes and ensuring accurate payroll and attendance management through SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee master data and related records in SAP HCM.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding activities.
• Process and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Track leave and attendance using SAP HCM modules.
• Generate HR reports and analytics as required.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve and streamline processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with core HR operations and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
