Performance & Compensation Specialist (HR Generalist)

About the role

We are seeking a Performance & Compensation Specialist to lead high‑impact HR processes that shape employee performance, engagement, and reward strategies. Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid‑year reviews, year‑end evaluations, and PIP tracking.
• Execute annual compensation processes such as merit increases, bonus reviews, and salary adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership decision‑making.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of HR annual cycles.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding performance and compensation.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous HR process improvements.
• Develop and deliver training and guidance materials for HR systems and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in performance and compensation.
• Professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
