Human Resources Specialist – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will support the HR department in day‑to‑day operations, employee relations and compliance, while also assisting talent acquisition and onboarding activities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle from requisition approval through onboarding, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS updates, and oversee onboarding, probation follow‑ups, and off‑boarding processes.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, performance management, disciplinary actions and grievance handling while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law, GOSI, Nitaqat and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analytics, contribute to employee‑engagement initiatives, employer‑branding activities and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of HR experience with a strong focus on HR operations and recruitment.
• Solid understanding of Saudi labour law, social insurance (GOSI) and Saudisation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
