Human Resources Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist to lead talent acquisition and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires in our Riyadh office. The role will focus on sourcing real‑estate talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, and supporting day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Post job listings, actively source candidates, screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants for sales and administrative positions.
• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual and in‑person interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and collect new‑hire documentation; manage first‑day setup with IT and management.
• Conduct new employee orientations, team introductions and align training schedules.
• Register new employees on Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudadd) and maintain confidential employee records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding.
• Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and government HR portals.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
