HVAC Technician

About the role

The HVAC Technician ensures that all refrigeration and air‑conditioning equipment in the hotel operates safely and efficiently. The role combines routine preventive maintenance with prompt troubleshooting to keep guest rooms comfortable.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all refrigeration and A/C trouble reports each day, prioritising guest‑room issues.
• Perform preventive and annual maintenance on all hotel cooling systems.
• Collaborate with the A/C and Refrigeration Foreman and peers to execute maintenance schedules.
• Follow all safety rules, departmental procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
