ICT ELV Technical Manager

About the role

ServicesAlly is looking for an experienced ICT ELV Technical Manager to lead the design, implementation and operational support of Extra‑Low Voltage (ELV) systems across its Riyadh operations. The role combines hands‑on engineering with team leadership to ensure CCTV, access control, structured cabling, public address, AV and sensor infrastructures meet security, reliability and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, installation and commissioning of ELV systems including CCTV, IP access control, structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6A/fiber), PA, AV meeting‑room solutions and environmental sensors.
• Develop technical specifications, drawings and bills of materials for procurement and tendering; evaluate vendors and manage installation contracts.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades and ensure compliance with local safety codes and permitting.
• Coordinate with IT/network teams on IP networking, VLANs, PoE, DHCP and QoS for ELV devices.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, wiring diagrams, schematics, SOPs and service logs; lead commissioning and acceptance testing.
• Supervise on‑site contractors and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ELV systems such as CCTV, IP access control, structured cabling, PA and AV installations.
• Hands‑on competency with networked ELV devices and IP networking fundamentals (VLANs, PoE, DHCP, basic QoS).
• Ability to read and produce technical drawings, wiring diagrams and system schematics; knowledge of cabling and earthing standards.
• Experience preparing technical specifications, BOMs, evaluating vendor bids and supervising installations.
• Strong troubleshooting and commissioning background using cable testers and network diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with Saudi local safety codes and contractor coordination in Riyadh.
