Identity & Access Management Solution Specialist

About the role

Mobily is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Solution Specialist to lead the design, implementation and operation of IAM infrastructures. The role focuses on delivering secure access controls aligned with architectural blueprints while collaborating with cross‑functional IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of IAM solutions and build operating IAM infrastructures based on architecture designs.
• Conduct security testing of access systems, identify weaknesses and recommend remediation.
• Collaborate with IT leads to ensure secure integration of IAM solutions with other systems.
• Suggest enhancements to existing IAM configurations and evaluate new IAM technologies.
• Enforce security policies within IAM solutions as defined by architectural blueprints.
• Work with other IAM heads to implement and operate IAM architecture designs.
• Perform additional duties as required by senior supervision.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing, deploying and operating IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of security testing methodologies for access control systems.
• Ability to work closely with multiple IT functions and ensure secure system integration.
• Analytical mindset to identify configuration gaps and propose improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
