Implementation Engineer

About the role

The Implementation Engineer is responsible for deploying, configuring, and integrating software solutions to meet client requirements. The role works closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation, on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, including resource needs and risk assessments.
• Prepare and configure software and hardware environments for deployment.
• Install, configure, and customize software to align with client business processes.
• Integrate solutions with existing systems and databases ensuring seamless data flow.
• Conduct thorough testing to verify functional, performance, and security requirements.
• Provide training, user guides, and documentation for client onboarding.
• Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues during and after implementation.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in software implementation, project management or technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel, work flexible hours and occasional weekends to meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Experience with APIs and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of databases.
