Implementation Engineer

About the role

The Implementation Engineer is responsible for deploying, configuring and integrating software solutions to meet client requirements. This role works closely with clients, project managers and technical teams to ensure successful, on‑time delivery of software products.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define scope, timelines and resource needs.
• Prepare, install and configure software and hardware environments according to client specifications.
• Integrate the solution with existing systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Conduct functional, performance and security testing and resolve any issues that arise.
• Provide training, documentation and ongoing technical support to clients and end‑users.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in software implementation, project management or technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Programming languages (proficiency in at least one language).
• APIs development and integration.
• Databases design and query.
