Influencer Marketing Specialist – Luxury Skincare Brand

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join Banvira Company’s luxury skincare brand, Viola, in Jeddah. The role will drive influencer collaborations that amplify brand awareness and engagement across key social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and build relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with the brand image.
• Manage outreach, negotiate collaborations, coordinate campaign deliverables and track performance metrics.
• Work closely with marketing, sales and social media teams to develop influencer campaign concepts and manage content calendars.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities and audience insights to continuously optimise influencer strategies.

Required profile

• Strong influencer outreach and relationship‑management abilities, with experience in social media marketing and campaign management.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure ROI, engagement, reach and conversion metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in influencer marketing for beauty, fashion or luxury brands and knowledge of the GCC digital landscape.
