CRM Program Manager – Remote (UAE)

About the role

Cambly is seeking a CRM Program Manager to lead its global CRM strategy across email, in‑app, push, and messaging apps. The role covers markets in Latin America, Europe/Middle East, and Asia, driving acquisition, engagement and retention through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end CRM strategy, roadmap and execution across all channels, including local chat platforms such as WhatsApp, WeChat and KakaoTalk.
• Manage CRM platform relationships (e.g., Iterable), contracts, feature adoption and renewals.
• Define audience segmentation, lifecycle journeys and automation standards, and ensure deliverability health.
• Lead cross‑functional programs, coordinate with product, data, engineering and regional teams, and report performance in weekly business reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing, preferably in consumer subscription, mobile or edtech.
• Proven track record of owning CRM strategy with measurable impact on acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with dashboards, experimentation and SQL.
• Excellent cross‑functional program management and stakeholder communication abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern CRM/ESP platforms such as Iterable, Braze or Customer.io.
• SQL or similar data‑query tools.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
• Familiarity with messaging apps (WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk) and AI/automation tools for marketing workflows.
