Information Technology Engineer – Cybersecurity Focus

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Engineer with a strong background in cybersecurity to safeguard and manage our IT infrastructure. You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, and end‑user services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer firewalls, endpoint protection, backup solutions, and ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Monitor security events, respond to incidents, and conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Implement security controls, perform network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and support virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper‑V).
• Provide technical support to end users and document procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and virtualization.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, Microsoft Certified, CompTIA Network+, Security+) are a plus.
