Information Technology Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will oversee all information technology functions for a real‑estate business, developing strategy, managing infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity compliance and leading both internal staff and external vendors to support business objectives efficiently and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Define IT policies, standards and procedures.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate IT staff and outsourced partners.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure cost efficiency across technology operations.
• Oversee delivery of high‑quality technical support, ensuring timely response and resolution.
• Supervise installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access control across Active Directory, Email, Odoo ERP and Microsoft 365.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity and data‑protection policies, including antivirus, firewall and backup systems.
• Conduct regular audits, vulnerability assessments and contribute to disaster‑recovery planning.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts and evaluate service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, networking and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, vendor relations and ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and implementing IT policies and business continuity plans.
