About the role
We are looking for an Information Technology Specialist to manage our regional IT needs. The role involves configuring, installing, testing, maintaining, tuning, and upgrading hardware and software components, as well as providing day‑to‑day IT support to staff.
Key responsibilities
- Install and configure new software and hardware components.
- Evaluate existing IT systems regularly to ensure they meet performance and security requirements.
- Assist with network and hardware administration tasks.
- Maintain secure data storage and backup solutions.
- Resolve IT support issues reported by coworkers.
- Educate employees on network security best practices and proper computer usage.
- Support the daily operation of the computer network.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
