Information Technology Specialist

About the role

The Information Technology Specialist will join Adama Hair Transplant Center in Riyadh to ensure the reliability and security of its clinical and administrative IT environment. Working on‑site, you will support staff, maintain systems, and contribute to technology projects that enable high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and monitor hardware, software and network devices for clinical and administrative operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, manage user accounts and permissions, and oversee data backup and recovery procedures.
• Implement and monitor network security measures and provide support for electronic medical records systems.
• Respond promptly to staff IT requests and collaborate with management and external vendors on system upgrades and compliance projects.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in IT, including operating systems, hardware and software management.
• Hands‑on experience with network administration and basic network security practices.
• Proven troubleshooting ability and a customer‑service mindset for supporting non‑technical staff.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiarity with healthcare environments, electronic medical records and data‑privacy standards is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
