Information Technology Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Supervisor to lead the IT function for our group of subsidiaries in Dammam. The role will drive technology strategy, ensure system scalability, and align IT initiatives with business objectives across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement group‑wide IT strategies, policies and standardized processes.
• Oversee network, server and cloud infrastructure, as well as helpdesk and incident management.
• Manage ERP systems, drive automation and lead digital transformation projects.
• Enforce cybersecurity policies, conduct risk assessments and maintain regulatory audit readiness.
• Supervise IT staff, manage the group IT budget and negotiate with vendors and service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s or certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP are a strong plus).
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including managerial roles, preferably in a multi‑entity or holding‑group environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
