Infrastructure and Cloud DevOps Expert

About the role

The Infrastructure and Cloud DevOps Expert will design, implement and govern the organization’s IT infrastructure and cloud operations. This role ensures that cloud services and infrastructure align with business objectives, are scalable, secure and compliant, while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall IT infrastructure and cloud operations strategy in line with digital transformation goals and enterprise architecture.
• Define, implement and enforce governance frameworks, policies and standards for cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Plan, deploy and optimise cloud and infrastructure services that support mission‑critical applications.
• Coordinate with business units and shared services to deliver seamless IT infrastructure and cloud initiatives.
• Establish and manage operational processes, service management models, roles and responsibilities to ensure service excellence.
• Manage relationships with cloud service providers, vendors and technology partners, monitoring SLAs, cost efficiency and performance.
• Lead continuous‑improvement programmes across infrastructure, cloud operations and DevOps practices to increase automation, resilience and efficiency.
• Promote capability‑building and awareness of infrastructure, cloud technologies and DevOps within the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, cloud operations or DevOps.
• Fluent English communication skills.
