In‑Room Dine Waiter – Saudi National (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑focused In‑Room Dine Waiter to join our hospitality team in Jeddah. You will create memorable dining experiences for guests staying in their rooms, delivering attentive service while upholding the highest standards of food quality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests in their rooms and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly, maintaining proper presentation, temperature, and guest preferences.
• Set up and arrange dining areas in guest rooms according to established protocols.
• Respond to special dietary requests, ensure food safety and hygiene compliance, and handle billing inquiries with accuracy.
• Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the experience.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑service skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
