Instock Manager – Now Platform (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Join the Amazon Now team in Saudi Arabia as an Instock Manager, leading the launch and growth of a new grocery business from the ground up. You will own inventory health, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless execution in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory health metrics, accuracy, and stock‑level optimization.
• Design and implement inventory control processes, monitoring shrinkage and damage.
• Analyze historical data to create demand forecasts and recommend order quantities.
• Partner with operations, transportation, and procurement teams to align planning and execution.
• Escalate and resolve inventory‑related issues across the network.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science.
• Proven ability to work with complex data sets and thrive in ambiguous, high‑impact settings.
• Strong analytical judgment, concise written communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
