About the role
Join a fast‑growing team that is building a new grocery business from the ground up in the MENA region. You will own inventory health, develop sourcing strategies, and drive cross‑functional alignment while navigating complex Amazon and partner processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily inventory health metrics, accuracy, and shrinkage monitoring.
- Develop demand forecasts, recommend order quantities, and track key performance indicators.
- Partner with operations, transportation, and procurement to align planning and execution.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- 5+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.
- 5+ years of advanced Excel experience and experience working with complex data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of statistical inventory control principles and process‑improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience with SQL.
