About the role
The role involves managing insurance master data within the POS system for MAGRABi stores. You will ensure accurate policy information is uploaded and maintained to support efficient insurance invoicing.
Key responsibilities
- Download, review and validate insurance policy files before uploading them into the POS system.
- Add and update insurance policies in the POS system to enable stores to process insurance invoices.
- Maintain policy benefits, coverage limits and changes to ensure compliance with agreements.
- Provide daily support to stores by answering policy‑related inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve master data issues that could cause billing errors or claim rejections.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to review and validate insurance policy data accurately.
- Ability to analyze insurance policy benefits and coverage.
- Exposure to maintaining and updating master data in a POS or ERP system.
