Interior Designer – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking an Interior Designer to improve the effectiveness, functionality and aesthetics of our spaces while ensuring safe and optimal utilization. This entry‑level role will support the design team in delivering high‑quality interior solutions across various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on interior layout and propose reconfigurations to maximize space efficiency and user experience.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D design plans, mood boards and visualizations that communicate design concepts.
• Select appropriate Furniture, Fixtures and Fittings (FF&E) for procurement, ensuring alignment with design intent.
• Manage project timelines, purchase orders and coordinate deliveries to keep installations on schedule.
• Ensure all designs comply with the company’s internal policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited institution.
• Possess 0‑3 years of relevant experience, suitable for an entry‑level position.
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal and decision‑making abilities to collaborate effectively.
• Show experience in space planning and an eye for functional layout.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD for precise drafting and layout creation.
• Proficiency with Revit for building information modeling and 3D visualization.
• Proficiency with SketchUp for quick concept modeling and rendering.
