About the role
The Balanced Design is seeking a full‑time Interior Designer to join its Riyadh office. The role requires strong space‑planning abilities, a solid grasp of dimensions, proportions, materials and finishes, and the capacity to take projects from concept through detailed execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop interior layouts and design concepts.
- Produce 3D models and design presentations.
- Prepare detailed interior execution drawings.
- Specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and fixtures.
- Coordinate designs with architectural, MEP and structural requirements.
- Work with suppliers, contractors and manufacturers, and review site execution against approved drawings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Professional interior design certification.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical and design capability.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of construction details, materials, finishes and furniture.
