Internal Communications Supervisor

About the role

The Internal Communications Supervisor leads the corporate communications team, ensuring seamless planning and execution of internal events, exhibitions and product launches. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on event management to strengthen the company’s brand visibility and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day team operations, aligning activities with corporate strategic objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, conferences, forums, product launches and internal gatherings.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, budgets and project schedules.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics including venue selection, registrations, travel, accommodation, catering and on‑site execution.
• Lead exhibition participation, handling booth design, construction, branding and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, vendors and service providers to ensure alignment on objectives and messaging.
• Prepare and monitor event budgets, procurement processes (RFQs, purchase orders) and cost‑effectiveness.
• Ensure all communication materials comply with corporate identity guidelines.
• Supervise on‑site operations, resolve issues in real time and manage VIP protocols.
• Conduct post‑event evaluations, measuring KPIs, ROI and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate events or related functions.
• Proficient in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong organizational, budgeting and stakeholder‑management skills.
