Internal Studio Principal Professional

About the role

The Internal Studio Principal Professional will lead the creation and execution of Mobily's digital content strategy, ensuring that campaigns are innovative, data‑driven and aligned with business goals. This senior role collaborates closely with sales, marketing and agency partners to boost market share and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Mobily's engagement calendar and social media content strategy.
• Identify trends, analyse campaign data and optimise creative assets based on insights.
• Work proactively with sales teams to increase market segment performance.
• Plan, execute and monitor all digital communication initiatives.
• Manage in‑house designers and studio team, set KPIs, prioritize projects and ensure timely delivery of complex campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to extend creative work.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend new opportunities.
• Report performance of all content campaigns to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited university.
• Strong commercial and technical understanding of creative and digital content.
• Proven experience leading studio or creative teams in a fast‑paced environment.
