International Freight & Clearing Manager

About the role

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, a supply‑chain subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is looking for an International Freight & Clearing Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics for its ambitious regenerative tourism projects along the Red Sea coast. The role ensures the seamless movement of materials, equipment and services to remote sites while upholding sustainability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full shipment lifecycle, including booking, documentation, customs clearance and transportation.
• Communicate daily with clients, suppliers and carriers to guarantee timely delivery.
• Arrange trucking, shipping and air‑freight services tailored to each shipment’s requirements.
• Prepare and process bills of lading, commercial invoices and export/import paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Saudi customs requirements.
• Track shipments, monitor performance and proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Provide responsive customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Optimize routing and mode selection to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 108 months (9 years) of experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance or international logistics.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑modal shipments across borders.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and Saudi customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
