Inventory Supervisor

About the role

Supervise inventory operations across warehouse and showroom locations, ensuring smooth execution of inventory activities, compliance with operational processes, accurate stock control, effective product inspection, and timely resolution of inventory‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day inventory operations in both warehouse and showroom, coordinating activities and monitoring product movement.
• Conduct and supervise cycle counts, monitor inbound, outbound and return inventory, and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform product inspections, identify and analyze damages, and follow up on inspection findings.
• Ensure compliance with established inventory processes and standards on the floor.
• Identify, investigate and resolve inventory‑related problems, escalating when necessary.
• Manage inventory‑related tickets, tracking requests and issues through the ticketing system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management or logistics, including cycle counting, inspection, returns, inbound and outbound operations.
• Experience with warehouse and showroom inventory and product damage analysis.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
