IT Administrator – Riyadh

About the role

Almarai is seeking an IT Administrator to ensure a resilient and reliable IT infrastructure across all its locations. You will maintain, upgrade, and expand hardware, communication, and software components while providing prompt support to internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade existing IT hardware, networking, and software components.
• Implement new IT facilities to meet business needs.
• Resolve user incidents and troubleshoot malfunctioning infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and manage servers.
• Support client/server‑based applications and Oracle environments.
• Apply ITIL best practices in service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with Oracle environments.
• Exposure to client/server‑based applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team, and take initiative.

Required skills

• Oracle database/application knowledge.
• Business Objects or similar reporting tools.
• ITIL framework familiarity.
• Server installation and management.
• Client/server application support.
