IT Analyst – Remote Site Operations

About the role

ASMO, a joint venture between DHL and Aramco, is seeking an experienced IT Analyst to manage and support IT operations across its remote warehouse and logistics sites in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that enable seamless supply‑chain activities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT representative for assigned remote sites.
• Coordinate daily site IT activities, field support resources, and third‑party vendors.
• Maintain compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity policies, and architecture standards.
• Oversee incident, service request, problem, and change management processes.
• Manage network, wireless, end‑user computing, printing, and collaboration infrastructure.
• Plan and execute infrastructure deployments, upgrades, relocations, and expansions.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 onsite technical support, including hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
• Support warehouse management system (WMS) connectivity and availability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar technical support role.
• Experience overseeing IT operations across remote or distributed sites.
• Familiarity with IT governance, cybersecurity policies, and service‑management frameworks.
• Ability to lead onsite IT operators and coordinate with managed service providers.

Required skills

• LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN troubleshooting.
• Network infrastructure configuration and maintenance.
• Windows operating system and end‑user hardware support.
• Hardware replacement and preventive maintenance.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) integration.
• IT Service Management (incident, problem, change).
• Asset inventory management.
