IT Associate – Internal Technology Operations

About the role

Mnzil is looking for an IT Associate to keep its internal technology ecosystem organized, secure and reliable. You will own the end‑to‑end administration of business applications, user access, devices and vendor relationships, ensuring every employee can work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the company’s internal technology stack and business applications.
• Manage user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding, permissions and access reviews.
• Oversee software licensing, subscription renewals, vendor relationships and IT procurement.
• Track technology assets such as laptops, monitors and other equipment.
• Coordinate device provisioning, maintenance, repairs and replacements.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain documentation, asset records and IT operational processes.
• Partner with Finance to handle IT‑related invoices, budgets and procurement workflows.
• Identify and implement automation or standardisation opportunities to improve the employee experience.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations or systems administration.
• Experience managing modern workplace platforms and SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with identity and access management best practices.
• Strong organisational and project‑coordination abilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills.
