IT Business & Projects Manager

About the role

The IT Business & Projects Manager acts as the bridge between technology and the business across sales, marketing, development and corporate functions in Saudi Arabia. The role translates business needs into scoped IT solutions, leads delivery of digital initiatives, and provides high‑level technology support to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with functional heads to understand objectives, translate needs into IT requirements, and build business cases.
• Maintain a demand pipeline, prioritize requests, and champion adoption of existing platforms.
• Lead local rollout of group digital initiatives such as CRM, marketing technology, data platforms and workplace automation, including Arabic localisation and PDPL compliance.
• Plan and execute change management activities: stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption tracking.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery – scoping, budgeting, vendor selection, testing, cut‑over and handover.
• Produce project artefacts (charters, plans, RAID logs, status reports) and ensure clean handover to support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT business partnering, project delivery and vendor management.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
