IT Coordinator – Hospitality & Hotel Environment

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, service‑oriented IT Coordinator to join the technology team of an Accor‑affiliated hotel. The role ensures the hotel’s IT infrastructure operates efficiently, providing first‑line support to staff and assisting with technology projects that maintain reliability, security, and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users, handling help‑desk tickets and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, workstations, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software across the property.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, system configurations, and user access permissions.
• Support security protocols, including user authentication, data protection, and compliance with information security policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and escalated support.
• Assist with technology projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Perform routine system backups, updates, and patches to safeguard data integrity and system security.
• Support user training and onboarding for new technology systems and applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT support, help‑desk, or system administration.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
