IT Coordinator

About the role

As an IT Coordinator at Hilton, you will ensure the hotel’s technology environment runs smoothly, providing prompt support to guests and staff while upholding Hilton’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to equipment and connectivity service requests, maintaining compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards.
• Maintain and track inventory of hardware, software, and related assets.
• Install, set up, and dismantle A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces and back‑of‑house areas.
• Deliver end‑user training and technical assistance for hardware and software issues.
• Process equipment and service billing for guests, handling adjustments and resolving concerns.
• Document repairs, routine maintenance and special service requests, flagging items that need further attention.
