IT Engineering Systems Support Analyst

About the role

Under direct supervision, you will provide technical support for Engineering Systems (ES) software and hardware, ensuring they are modified, upgraded, maintained, and troubleshooted efficiently. You will evaluate issues, small projects, and questions, applying both standard and non‑standard support procedures to meet defined outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular technical support assignments for ES applications and hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve user issues, questions, and minor projects.
• Apply standard ES support matrices and procedures to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with end users across offices and field locations, both on‑site and virtually.
• Assist on special projects such as technology roll‑outs or collaboration system implementations.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of progressive experience in engineering, design, architecture, or application systems (e.g., ProjectWise™, Autodesk Construction Cloud, CAD).
• Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Autodesk, Bentley, Intergraph, ESRI) and Microsoft Windows or SQL certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced 2D/3D workstations and computer‑aided engineering tools.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and engineering design applications such as AutoCAD and MicroStation.
