IT Infrastructure Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Administrator to design, deploy and manage our server, storage, virtualization and network environments both on‑premises and in the cloud. The role ensures high availability, performance and security of the infrastructure while supporting application and database teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Windows and Linux servers, storage systems and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Monitor system performance, capacity and availability; implement automation and configuration management tools.
• Manage cloud workloads on Azure, AWS and GCP, optimizing cost and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs and routing protocols.
• Collaborate with security teams to apply patches, enforce access controls and meet compliance standards.
• Implement backup, replication and disaster‑recovery solutions; participate in business continuity planning.
• Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation, SOPs and architecture diagrams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a similar role.
• Excellent oral and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant certifications are preferred (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, VCP‑DCV, CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, AWS Solutions Architect).
