IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst to lead and manage our LAN, WAN, cloud, and on‑premises environments. You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of core application hosting services and enterprise connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, storage, backups, networking, firewalls, telephony, internet services, Wi‑Fi, and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity to guarantee optimal service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages, performance bottlenecks, and security incidents.
• Maintain architecture documentation, asset inventories, configurations, and technical records.
• Identify risks and vulnerabilities, applying mitigation measures and regular updates.
• Support IT projects by providing technical expertise and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards and organizational security requirements.
• Produce regular reports and keep network architecture diagrams up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, VMware, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking within enterprise‑scale environments.
• Proven experience supporting critical business systems and hybrid cloud models.

• Microsoft 365 and Office 365 administration.
• Azure AD and other cloud‑based services.
• VMware virtualization technologies.
• Cisco networking solutions.
• Firewalls, VPNs, IPSEC technologies and network security.
• Data‑center operations, storage, backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• IP telephony, MPLS, Internet VPN and connectivity services.
• Information security controls and best practices.
