IT Infrastructure & Operations Trainee

About the role

Boutique Group is seeking an enthusiastic IT Infrastructure & Operations Trainee to gain hands‑on experience supporting the technology backbone of its ultra‑luxury boutique hotels. Working closely with the Infrastructure Team, you will assist in maintaining network stability, managing servers, and providing first‑level technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and troubleshooting switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Monitor LAN/WAN performance and help resolve basic connectivity issues.
• Support server setup, maintenance, and backup operations under supervision.
• Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
• Provide first‑level help‑desk support for desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Document recurring issues, resolutions, and contribute to IT asset inventory.
• Participate in cybersecurity and compliance activities aligned with NCA and DGA frameworks.
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards for the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or final‑year student in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP) and operating systems.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional technical environment.
