IT Infrastructure Support Engineer (Riyadh)

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Support Engineer will provide day‑to‑day support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure at the Riyadh site, ensuring critical business applications remain operational and service levels are met.

Key responsibilities

• Keep critical IT‑managed applications running without interruption.
• Deliver support services within defined SLA targets to meet IT and business KPIs.
• Handle IT‑related change requests and projects that affect local or regional infrastructure, applications, and security.
• Act as the primary IT liaison for business units, delivering monthly service reports and managing satisfaction.
• Participate in outage resolution, system maintenance, and on‑site troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation for business end‑users.
• Ability to work onsite in Riyadh and collaborate with regional teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows client administration (intermediate level).
• Windows Server and Active Directory services (basic level).
• Linux system administration (basic level).
• Computer networking concepts (intermediate level).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA management.
