IT Manager – Hotel Technology

About the role

The House Hotel in Jeddah is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its technology operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of all hotel IT systems, supporting both guests and staff in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, computers, and software systems.
• Ensure smooth operation of core hotel applications such as Property Management System (PMS) and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Lead IT support activities, providing timely resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Plan and implement system upgrades, technology projects, and infrastructure improvements.
• Oversee IT vendors, service providers, and technology‑related contracts.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and manage hardware and software procurement.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
• Train and support staff on IT systems and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and hotel‑specific software.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects and vendor relationships.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to data security.
