IT Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity functions. The role ensures secure, stable, and high‑performing IT services while driving continuous improvement and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enterprise data‑center, cloud, and hybrid environments, including servers, storage, backup, and disaster‑recovery systems.
• Oversee network infrastructure, firewalls, VPN, and connectivity services to guarantee ≥99.9% availability.
• Implement ITIL/ITSM processes for incident, problem, and change management; maintain SOPs and runbooks.
• Lead cybersecurity operations: IAM, vulnerability management, patching, security monitoring, incident response, and endpoint protection.
• Develop and test disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans, especially for critical ERP platforms.
• Deliver infrastructure and security projects, manage cloud and telecom vendors, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT infrastructure, operations, and security team.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or cybersecurity.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing hybrid IT environments.
• Hands‑on knowledge of ITIL practices and enterprise IT operations.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and processes.
• Preferred: ITIL v4 certification, Azure certifications, experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
