IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within our Riyadh office. You will act as the central point of coordination between internal IT teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, schedule resources, and set milestones.
• Monitor progress against timelines, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate communication among IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Track project budgets, control costs, and produce regular status reports.
• Manage scope changes, assess impact on schedule and cost, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Oversee testing, delivery, and formal project closure activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using project management and tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English.
