IT Services Analyst – Global Tech Hub

About the role

As an IT Services Analyst you will join McKinsey’s Global Provisioning Capabilities team in Riyadh, supporting the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT equipment for colleagues across the region. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment where continuous learning and a growth mindset are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with office IT, product teams, vendors and other IT groups to ensure timely delivery of hardware assets.
• Set up, configure, restore, package and ship laptops, desktops and other equipment.
• Manage warehousing and materials processes, monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment.
• Handle purchasing activities: obtain offers, submit orders, review confirmations and track delivery deadlines.
• Maintain and update inventory and ticket management systems, ensuring accurate asset records.
• Identify and implement improvements to sourcing, logistics and service processes.
